Nothing sends without your go-ahead
Drafts Claude writes use your Claude plan, not SimpleSend credits. Finding leads costs 2 credits per new person shown, 10 per work email and 100 per phone number found. Researching a company costs 5 credits per research target, reused free for 30 days, and setting up a campaign's research targets costs 5 credits per target, once. A company lookup by name or website is free. Claude shows the cost before it searches for leads or looks up emails and phones.
Every plan, Free included: SimpleSend is in Claude's connector directory, which works on every plan. On Team and Enterprise, an Owner adds SimpleSend once for the organization, then each member connects.
Yes. Connecting signs you in, or lets you start the 14-day free trial with no credit card. Everything Claude creates (lists, campaigns, drafts) lives in your SimpleSend workspace, where you can review and export it.
No. Before a sequence or a LinkedIn campaign goes out, Claude shows you a summary and waits for your go-ahead. Sending needs mailboxes set up in SimpleSend (included with Pro, an add-on on Individual) or the LinkedIn add-on.
What you see in SimpleSend: your lead lists, campaigns, drafts, sequences, research, and your LinkedIn campaigns and conversations. It cannot see your billing details, change your plan, buy domains or mailboxes, or read your HubSpot or LinkedIn credentials. You can disconnect any time from Profile → Claude.
Open the chat's connector menu and check SimpleSend is turned on, or just say “use SimpleSend”. If you don't see Connectors at all, it's under Customize in claude.ai and Claude Desktop; on Team or Enterprise, an Owner has to add SimpleSend first.
