Email Sequences · Included on Pro

Send what you drafted, from your own warmed mailboxes.

SimpleSend researches every contact and drafts the whole sequence in your voice. Then it sends it: from warmed mailboxes on domains registered in your name, on a weekday schedule, under daily caps, with every reply in one inbox and unsubscribes handled. Nothing sends until you launch it.

01How it works

From drafted to sent in six steps.

Set up your domains and mailboxes once, and every campaign you draft can go out the same way. It all happens in the app, and nothing sends until you press launch.

Domains
Mailboxes

Pre-flight
Launch
Inbox
Step 01

Choose your domains

Pick lookalike versions of your domain in the setup wizard. They're registered in your name and redirect to your main site, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC are published for you. The Domains page shows a pass or fail for each record.

Never your main domain

Step 02

Add mailboxes, let them warm

Google or Microsoft mailboxes, up to 5 per domain (3 recommended). Warmup starts on its own: about 2 weeks for Google, 3 for Microsoft. Each mailbox moves from Warming to Ready, and warmup keeps running after.

Warming → Ready

Step 03

Build the sequence

Turn a drafted campaign into a sequence and every lead keeps their own researched wording. Or start from a lead list or a blank sequence with merge tags and fallbacks. Up to 10 steps, delays up to 60 days, follow-ups threaded as replies.

Up to 5,000 leads

Step 04

Pre-flight and test

Pre-flight holds invalid, role, catch-all and duplicate addresses, domains with no mail server, anyone on your suppression list, leads already live in a teammate's sequence and companies that replied in the last 90 days. Send yourself a test of any step.

Bad leads held, not sent

Step 05

Launch

Give every sending mailbox a signature on the Mailboxes page and set your business mailing address, which prints under every signature. Then launch: sends go out on weekdays inside each mailbox's sending window, a few minutes apart, under daily caps.

Nothing sends until you launch

Step 06

Work the replies

A reply stops that lead's sequence and lands in one inbox across every mailbox, labeled by intent, with an AI-drafted reply ready to edit. Reply alerts tell you when someone answers.

One inbox, every mailbox

02Deliverability defaults

Careful sending, on by default.

Cold email does best from dedicated, authenticated domains that warmed up first and send at a human pace. That’s how every SimpleSend mailbox starts, so your main domain never carries the risk. It’s designed to protect your sender reputation; no tool can promise the inbox.

  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC published automatically; DMARC starts at a monitoring policy you can tighten
  • Automatic warmup: about 2 weeks for Google mailboxes, 3 for Microsoft
  • 25 sends per mailbox a day by default; raise it to 40, never past 50
  • New mailboxes ramp: 10 a day in their first week of sending, 18 in their second
  • Weekdays, 8am–5pm in each mailbox's time zone, 4–9 minutes between sends, 50 new leads per sequence a day
  • Bounce spikes pause the mailbox or sequence; poor mailbox health slows or pauses sending

03Compliance

Every email carries a way out.

Every message, not just the first, carries an opt-out line, an unsubscribe link and your business mailing address. A request to stop is honored across your whole team.

An opt-out line

A plain sentence under your signature on every step. The default reads “Not the right person or not interested? Just reply and let me know.” and you can rewrite it.

An unsubscribe link

Every email has an unsubscribe link in its footer. Using it adds the address to your suppression list automatically.

Your mailing address

Your business mailing address prints under every signature. Nothing sends until it's set and every sending mailbox has a signature.

Team-wide suppression

Unsubscribes, hard bounces and “please stop” replies are suppressed for your whole team, so no teammate's sequence emails them again. Out-of-office replies pause the lead instead.

04Replies & stats

Every reply in one inbox. Every number per sequence.

Inbox

Replies from every mailbox, sorted by intent.

Replies land in one inbox across all your mailboxes. Each one is labeled by intent, auto-replies and bounces are marked, and an AI-drafted reply is ready for you to edit and send. Reply alerts tell you when someone answers.

Tracking & stats

Opens, clicks and replies, counted honestly.

Open and click tracking is on by default and can be turned off. Opens and clicks from bots and security scanners are recorded but not counted. Every sequence reports:

06Prefer your own sender?

Export instead. Nothing is locked in.

Every campaign still exports as one CSV with stable headers, ready to map into Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, HubSpot or Gmail mail-merge. Whichever you choose, send cold email from dedicated, authenticated domains, never your main one, and warm them first.

07Questions

Asked before the first send.

Can I connect my own Gmail or Outlook inbox?

No. Sequences send only from mailboxes you set up in SimpleSend: Google or Microsoft mailboxes on lookalike domains registered in your name, which redirect to your main site. That keeps cold email off your main domain and lets SimpleSend publish the DNS records and run warmup for you. Prefer a sender you already run? Export the drafts as a CSV instead.

How long does warmup take?

About 2 weeks for Google mailboxes and 3 for Microsoft. Warmup starts automatically and keeps running after a mailbox is Ready. Once a mailbox starts sending it ramps up too: 10 sends a day in its first week, 18 in its second, then your daily cap (25 by default).

What does it cost?

Email sending is included on Pro ($250/mo) with 1 sending domain and 3 warmed Google mailboxes, and on every Teams seat ($215 per seat a month, 3 seats minimum) with the same per seat. On Individual, add Email Sending for $49.99/mo. Extra mailboxes and domains are priced in the setup wizard. Sending uses no credits; research and drafting do.

Do open rates count bots and security scanners?

No. Opens and clicks that come from bots, link scanners and prefetching are recorded but not counted, so the numbers lean toward real people. Open tracking is never exact (some email apps hide or preload images), so treat replies as the number that matters. You can turn open and click tracking off for any sequence.

What happens when someone replies, unsubscribes or bounces?

A reply stops that lead's sequence and lands in your inbox, labeled by intent (you can also stop on an open or a click). Unsubscribes, hard bounces and “please stop” replies go on your team-wide suppression list, so no sequence emails that address again. An out-of-office reply pauses the lead, and a mailbox or sequence pauses itself if bounces spike.

Can I A/B test subject lines?

Not inside one sequence. Split the list into two sequences, change the subject line or opener in one, and compare their reply rates in the per-sequence stats.

Is sending part of the free trial?

No. The 14-day free trial (375 credits, no credit card) covers research and drafting, so you can judge the emails before you pay. Sending, Find Leads and LinkedIn Outreach need a paid plan.

By role

The same product, from where you sit.

SimpleSend is one product: it researches every contact and drafts the outreach, then sends it from SimpleSend or exports it to the sender you already use. These pages describe it for four kinds of week.
